PayTask — is a service for payroll accounting and managing recurring work tasks. To work effectively with the system, it is important to understand the basic concepts: employer, employee, tasks, task groups and multipliers.
Employer and Employee
Employer — is a user who creates work tasks, determines payment for their completion and maintains records of performed work. The employer can create tasks, task groups, assign payment and view reports on payroll calculation.
Employee — is a user who performs tasks and receives payment. The employee can view assigned tasks, mark completed tasks and see their salary in reports.
One user can be simultaneously an employer for some people and an employee for others. The relationship between employer and employee is established by adding each other to the appropriate sections.
Tasks
Task — is a unit of work for which payment is awarded. Each task has:
- Name — a brief description of what needs to be done
- Payment for completion — a fixed amount per task execution
- Payment for time — a rate per minute of work on the task
- Instruction — a detailed description of how to perform the task
- Execution time — minimum, maximum and average time in minutes
Tasks are used for tracking work time and automatically calculating payroll based on performed work.
Task Groups
Task group — is a combination of several related tasks into one set. Groups help organize work and simplify task accounting. For example, the "Daily Cleaning" group may contain tasks "Wash floors", "Wipe dust", "Take out trash".
Task groups allow:
- Marking all tasks of the group with a single action
- Configuring execution schedule (days of the week, time)
- Specifying positions for which the tasks are intended
- Setting common instructions for the entire group
Using task groups makes the process manager more convenient and structured.
Payroll Multipliers
Multiplier — is a coefficient by which the payment for task completion is multiplied. Multipliers allow flexible configuration of payment for different employees or situations.
PayTask system uses two types of multipliers:
- Regular multiplier — applied to pay on weekdays
- Weekend multiplier — applied to pay on Saturday and Sunday
For example, if the multiplier is set to 1.5 and the task is worth 100 rubles, the employee will receive 150 rubles for completion. If the weekend multiplier is set to 2.0, then the pay on weekends will be 200 rubles.
Multipliers are configured individually for each employer-employee pair and allow taking into account various labor payment conditions during payroll calculation.
How It Works Together
Employer creates task groups and adds individual tasks with payment specifications. The employee performs tasks and marks them as completed. The system automatically calculates salary, applying the set multipliers depending on the day of the week. Results are displayed in reports on piecework payroll accounting.
Such a system allows efficiently managing work time accounting, automating payroll calculation and ensuring transparency in relationships between employer and employee.
